How to manage your eyelash extension glue subscription?
Managing your subscription is simple and stress-free. Here is how the scheme works:
- How to Subscribe: Select your chosen adhesive and your required delivery frequency (2 to 12 weeks) from the menu above. Once your initial payment is taken, your order is automatically created in our system and falls under our regular UK dispatch. You will be billed automatically via your original credit/debit card on your set schedule.
- Managing Your Plan: As the seasons change, your glue needs might change too! If you need to switch your glue type (e.g., changing to a faster glue for winter), simply email our Customer Relations Team at info@londonlashpro.com with your order number.
- Cancellations & Adjustments: You are always in control. You can cancel your subscription or change the delivery date by logging into your customer portal.
