    "Collect from Shop" Delivery

    Don't want to wait in for your parcel? We are proud to parter with DPD to offer "Collect from Shop" delivery to UK customers for just £5.95! Select "Collect from Shop" at checkout, and choose from over 10,000 convenient local pickup points. Order before 3pm Mon - Fri and your order will be ready to collect the next working day. You'll be emailed a QR code, which you'll need along with photo ID to collect your parcel.

    Parcels will be held for collection for 7 calendar days. Please note that if you do not collect your parcel within 7 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund your order (minus shipping) once it is received back at our warehouse.

    General Information

    Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

    Standard and Next Day shipping services are handled by the Amazon Shipping network.

    Once your order has been dispatched by us, Amazon will deliver the parcel within 2-3 days (depending on the service you selected!). Saturday and Sunday are included as delivery days 🥳but orders will only be dispatched by us between Monday and Friday. 


    All delivery services are fully tracked, and you will receive email updates along the way, with the option to opt in for SMS updates too. 


    Please note, DPD is a next working-day service. Working days are Monday to Friday. No deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday.


    If you select Next Day or DPD Next Day delivery and order before 3pm, your order will be dispatched the same day, otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day. If you select Standard Shipping, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.

    Any applicable Import Duties and Taxes will be calculated at checkout for the following shipping destinations:

    • Israel
    • Japan
    • Switzerland
    • UAE
    • Saudi Arabia
    • Hong Kong

    If you reside in a different region, import duties and taxes may be payable upon or prior to delivery of goods.

    These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:

    • Country/location of origin of the purchased product
    • Local VAT rates
    • Local import taxes

     

    It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

    Delivery to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus has been temporarily suspended until further notice, due to the unfolding events in the area. We are closely monitoring the situation and will do all we can to resume delivery into the country as soon as possible. 

    PLEASE NOTE

    • All orders made within UK Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day.
    • We are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or Armed Forces addresses.
    • Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. 
    • International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from the UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying. In most countries, we are able to add these charges to your order, but in some rare cases charges will be applied as your package arrives in customs, therefore London Lash are unable to advise what the fee may be.
    • If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
    • We are unable to ship liquid products to Singapore or Malaysia due to the local countries import restrictions

    Returns

    You are welcome to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@londonlashpro.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.

    Unwanted returned items can be refunded, or exchanged for an alternative item. In the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within a warranty period, the 14 day deadline will be extended.

    Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the item.

    The customer must contact the Customer Care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. Please note that failing to do so may result in a return not being accepted.

    The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to London Lash Professional. London Lash will not be liable for any loss or damage Incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.

    No remuneration can be given before the products have been received by our staff. The customer is therefore advised to send any returns with a trackable option.

    Refunds

    Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 14 days of receiving, after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive to our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.

    Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.

    Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item, the regular rules of the return policy apply. In the event that an exchange item costs less than the original, London Lash will either refund the difference, or offer store credit for the difference.

    If an exchanged item costs more than the original item, London Lash reserves the right to request this additional cost from the customer. This is taken on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of the London Lash Team.

    Replacements In the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within a warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you in rectifying the issue.

    In the event that an item that is to be replaced is no longer in stock, a reasonable alternative will be offered to the customer.


    In-Person Events 

    If for any reason you are unable to attend an event with a purchased ticket, you must notify the customer care team within 7 working days prior to the event. If you fail to notify London Lash that you are unable to attend, no renumeration can be offered.
