  • Accidental Damage Tweezer Cover Policy

    Thank you for choosing London Lash as your trusted provider of lash extension tweezers! We understand that accidents happen, and we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment and your business. This Accidental Damage Tweezer Policy ("the Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for coverage of accidental damage and the process for obtaining replacements.


    Coverage

    1.1 The Policy applies to customers located in the United Kingdom (UK) and the rest of the world (ROW) only.

    1.2 By paying an additional £9.99 at the time of purchase, you can cover your new pair of lash extension tweezers for accidental damage for a period of one year, starting from the date of purchase.

    1.3 The Policy provides unlimited replacements for your covered tweezers within the one-year coverage period.

    1.4 The Policy can only be purchased for tweezers that are purchased at full RRP. The Policy will not be offered for any tweezers that are discounted. 



    Requesting Replacement

    2.1 If your covered tweezers sustain accidental damage during the coverage period, you must contact our customer services team to initiate the replacement process. You can reach us at info@londonlashpro.com 

    2.2 When contacting customer services, you will be required to provide evidence of the tweezer damage.

    2.3 Damaged tweezers must be returned to us at your own cost. We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping method. 

    2.4 The customer is responsible for the return of the tweezers to London Lash. Please ensure to keep a copy of the postage receipt to provide evidence of the return. 

    2.5 Returns must be sent to London Lash, BL5, UK. Customer services will provide you with the full address for the return.

    2.6 The Policy is void if the tweezers are lost or stolen and cannot be returned to London Lash.


    Replacement Process

    3.1 Once we receive the damaged tweezers, our in-house team will quality check (QC) them to ensure they meet our standards.

    3.2 Replacement tweezers will be issued once the return has been received and passed the quality check.

    3.3 Standard shipping for replacement tweezers is free of charge. However, you have the option to upgrade to an express service with DPD Next Day or DPD Saturday for an additional fee of £4.95.


    Environmental Responsibility

    4.1 We are committed to sustainability. Returned tweezers will be recycled, minimizing waste and environmental impact.

    4.2 Our in-house team will conduct quality checks (QC) on all returned tweezers to ensure they are suitable for recycling.


    Policy Restrictions

    5.1 Replacement tweezers cannot be merged with other orders. They will be shipped as a separate item.

    5.2 Tweezers covered under this policy cannot be exchanged for a different pair. The tweezers sent back for return must be the pair covered under the Policy.

    5.3 The Policy cannot be discounted via any discount code or sale promotion. 


    Policy Cancellation and Refund

    6.1 The Policy is non-refundable after the initial 14-day period from the date of purchase.

    6.2 If you wish to cancel the Policy and receive a refund within the 14-day period, the covered tweezers must be returned to London Lash UK unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer services team for further instructions on the cancellation and refund process.
