Important subscription information: Your first Mystery Box will be processed for dispatch immediately. If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, you will not receive a Mystery Box the following month. Your next box will be scheduled for the 15th of the month after that. Don't worry, you'll still receive every box in your plan, and you're only charged when a box is sent.
For example, if you subscribe on 20 October, your first box will be processed immediately and your next box will be scheduled for 15 December.

London Lash Mystery Box – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a London Lash Mystery Box, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Each Mystery Box contains 5 London Lash products, including one guaranteed full-sized 5ml professional adhesive. At least one product may be revealed before purchase, while the remaining products will be a surprise. Contents may change each month and may include products from our current, previous or unreleased ranges.
Mystery Box contents are pre-selected and cannot be customised. Specific products, colours, shades, lash curls, lengths, thicknesses, scents or other variations cannot be requested. Boxes from the same edition will generally contain the same product selection, although individual variations may differ. Products may also include items you have previously purchased, received or already own. Purchasing multiple boxes from the same edition does not guarantee different contents, and One-Off and Subscription Mystery Boxes from the same period may contain the same selection.
If an undisclosed product becomes unavailable, London Lash may replace it with a suitable alternative. Mystery Boxes are available while stocks last, and stock may be allocated to active subscribers before remaining boxes are made available for one-off purchase.
The available options are One-Off Mystery Box – £29.99, 3-Month Subscription – £23.99 per box and 6-Month Subscription – £22.49 per box. The first box counts towards the total of 3 or 6 boxes. Subscription prices are fixed for the selected term and subscriptions do not automatically renew into another term.
Your first subscription box is processed for dispatch immediately after purchase, subject to normal processing times. Future subscription orders are scheduled for the 15th of the month. Depending on your sign-up date, the next renewal may automatically be skipped to avoid two orders within the same renewal period. For example, subscribing on 10 October means your next order is scheduled for 15 November, while subscribing on or after 15 October means the November renewal is skipped and your next order is scheduled for 15 December. Therefore, a 3- or 6-Month Subscription may not cover 3 or 6 consecutive calendar months, but you will still receive the total number of boxes included in your subscription, subject to successful payment.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their subscription management portal. Customers can also update their delivery address at any time through the subscription management portal; changes made after an order has already been processed may not apply to that order.
A valid payment method is required for subscription orders. If a subscription payment fails, a notification will be sent, followed by another notification 2 days later if payment is still outstanding. If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription will be cancelled. Gift cards may be used towards eligible purchases, but valid card details are still required for future subscription payments.
Delivery charges are calculated separately for each Mystery Box, including each subscription renewal.
Mystery Boxes are excluded from discount codes, sitewide sales and Gift With Purchase/spend-threshold promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Due to the surprise nature of the Mystery Box, individual products cannot be returned or exchanged because of personal preference, product type or variation, or because the customer already owns the product. Mystery Boxes cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer does not like the surprise contents, except where a statutory right to cancel or return applies. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, missing, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming products; please contact London Lash Customer Service if there is an issue with your order.
Customers are responsible for checking all product ingredients, instructions, warnings, contraindications and suitability information before use. Products intended for professional use must be used in accordance with their instructions and applicable professional requirements.
