Lash Lift Kit: Everything You Need to Get Started

We typically recommend buying a lash lift kit as a bundle, as it’s often significantly cheaper than buying all the products individually. London Lash provides several InLei® Lash Lift Kit options. Let’s break down the products included in these kits and the additional supplies you may need before getting started with clients.

Processing Solutions

Before any lash lift, it’s important to thoroughly cleanse and prepare the lashes. This is where the InLei® lash lift pre-treatment range comes in handy. Once the lashes are prepared, you’ll need your processing solutions. For InLei® Lash Filler, these include Form 1, the relaxing solution; Fix 2, the fixing solution; and Filler 3, the thickening and strengthening solution.

Form 1 and Fix 2 produce the chemical reactions that create and set the lash lift. Filler 3 is unique to the InLei® Lash Filler system and is responsible for its ability to increase lash thickness by up to 24% over the course of three treatments. Lash Lift Shields

InLei® offers a variety of silicone lash lift shields. Choose the appropriate shield after consulting with your client and assessing their natural lashes. InLei® Total Lash Curlers come in a range of sizes, allowing you to select a shield based on your client’s lash length and desired curl.

The Total Lash Curlers box includes S, M, L and XL, alongside S1, M1, L1 and XL1. The latter provide a more natural curl, making them an option for clients with very long natural lashes or lashes that already have a curl. You can also purchase individual sizes if you find yourself using certain shields more frequently.

InLei® Forma Shields offer another option. Their versatile shape is designed to suit a wide range of eye shapes and lash lengths. These reusable shields can help simplify shield selection, although you should always assess their suitability for each client. Fixing Gel

InLei® Fixing Gel is a water-soluble glue used to secure the eyelashes to the shield while the lifting solutions process. It helps hold the lashes in position throughout the treatment.

Its consistency allows you to create a thin film that holds the lashes securely while allowing the processing solutions to reach the lash hairs.

Tools

The right tools help you position the lashes accurately and apply products precisely. Here are the essentials for your lash lift kit.

The InLei® Helper is an S-shaped comb with a fine-toothed design that helps you lift and align natural lashes on the silicone shield. Precise lash alignment is one of the most important parts of the treatment. Try the InLei® Helper 2.0 for clients with very fine lashes.

Another option is the InLei® Fillering Tool. This performs a similar role to the Helper, so your choice may come down to personal preference. Its dual-ended design and fine tip are particularly useful for precise positioning in harder-to-reach areas.

You’ll also need a small, straight-cut brush for precise product application, such as the Picasso brush. Accurate placement of Form 1 and Fix 2 is essential to achieving the intended result. Tinting Products

Lash tinting can add definition to a lash lift, helping to make the finished result more noticeable.

Not every client will want a lash tint, but for those who prefer a darker finish, tinting products are a useful addition to your kit. A selection of InLei® lash tints allows you to tailor the colour to your client.

You’ll also need a compatible InLei® Developer Cream and a suitable non-metal mixing bowl. Follow the product instructions for mixing ratios, application and processing times.
