HOW TO PERFORM A LASH FILLER 25.9 TREATMENT:

1. Analyse the client’s eyes and natural lashes so that you can choose the correct shields for the desired effect on that eye type. Carefully check the eye area: the eyes must be healthy, without make-up and without any irritation of the eye or eyelid. The lashes must be present and healthy too, of course!

2. Clean the lashes and the whole eye area with InLei® Mousse. Fill a small bowl with water and dispense the mousse into the InLei® Solo bowl. Wet the brush and use it to pick up a small amount of product. Apply it on the client's eye with circular movements. Repeat this sequence until the lashes are completely clean. Rotate the client's head towards the side of the eye you are working on, pour a few drops of water with an ophthalmic bottle and wipe with a cotton pad. Repeat on the other eye.

3. Apply InLei® White/Black silicone eyepatches to secure lower lashes and protect the skin under the eyes. Use the InLei® Fillering tool to check that no inner or outer corner lashes are caught under the patch.

4. Prime the lashes with InLei® Saline Pretreatment. Pour a few drops of InLei® Saline Pretreatment into the InLei® Solo bowl, soak a microbrush and carefully spread the product over all lashes. If the client has thick eyelashes, use two micro-brushes to trap any hairs between the two brushes and prime more thoroughly.

5. Apply the InLei® Fixing Gel water-soluble glue on the selected shields and place them on the upper eyelid (note that eyes must be closed from now on) of both eyes. Use the InLei® Fillering tool to check that there is an exact millimetre of distance between the roots of the lashes and the shield. If necessary, correct the shield positioning with a wet microbrush by rolling the microbrush under the shield and gently move the skin of the eyelid as needed.

6. Using InLei® Fixing Gel and InLei® Fillering tool, orTiziano Brush to give the correct direction, lift the lashes onto the shield. To achieve the best results, use InLei® Helper and / or Helper 2.0 comb to perfectly align the lashes, which should be parallel to one another. Use a wet microfiber-tip brush to remove excess glue if necessary.

7. Apply InLei® Lash Form 1 (1.5 / 2 mm from the roots of the lashes) using InLei® Vincent cat-tongue brush. Place a thin layer of product without applying it on the tips. Leave on for 6 to 14 minutes depending on the structure and porosity of the hairs.

8. Remove InLei® Lash Form 1 with a clean, dry brush.

9. Apply InLei® Lash Fix 2 following the same procedure as the previous step, and leave on for half the time plus one minute. 
   
   TOP TIP: If there are baby lashes or unruly eyelashes that come away from the curler, use your InLei® Fillering Tool to pull off small amounts of a cotton pad or ball to create a "spiderweb" of cotton. This helps the hair adhere to the curler without reacting with the solution! Be careful when doing this to avoid moving the solution around on the lashes; the roots and tips should still be avoided.
    

10. Remove InLei® Lash Fix 2 with a clean brush.

11. Mix the InLei® Tint with InLei® Developer Cream 1.5% 5 vol. in a ratio of 1:1 inside the InLei® Solo bowl. Mix with a spatula until it reaches a creamy consistency.

12. Apply the tint along the entire length of the lashes, from root to tip, using InLei® brush. Leave on for 6 to 12 minutes depending on the thickness and porosity of hair. The dyeing of the lower lashes can be done at this time or at the end of the treatment while the client is sitting up.

13. Remove the tint with dry cotton buds.

14. Apply InLei® Lash Filler 3 using the InLei® Picasso Brush, using quick movements to clean any tint residue. Let the product penetrate for 1-2 minutes, until complete absorption has been achieved. For even more precise and clean work, it is advisable to brush the roots with a microfibre-tip brush, soaked in InLei® Lash Filler 3.

15. Cleanse the lashes and eyelid area with InLei® Mousse Magica - professional eyelash shampoo. Fill the InLei® Barolo bowl with water and dispense the mousse into the InLei® Solo bowl. Wet the brush and use it to pick up a small amount of product. Carefully clean any dye residue and dissolve the water-soluble glue until the shield unsticks. Clean the entire eyelid with the brush to remove all residues of glue and comb the lashes with an InLei® F-brush to separate the hairs from one another. NOTE: To obtain the correct consistency of the mousse, it is recommended to shake the bottle and turn it upside down during dispensing.

16. Apply InLei® Lash Molecular 4 - molecular reconstruction for eyelashes and eyebrows. Apply the product on all lashes using an InLei® F-brush and comb until it is completely absorbed. The molecular reconstruction is a leave-on product. 

17. Recommend the customer purchase InLei® Adiutrix serum and use it as an aftercare product at home. By using the InLei® Adiutrix serum daily during a three-treatment cycle, lashes are thickened by 28%, and lengthened by 12%, as proven by efficacy tests.

We recommend always patch testing your client at least 48 hrs before their first Lash Filler treatment.
