Diamond Delivery - T&Cs

1. Subscription Cost:

   a. The Diamond Delivery Subscription is available for purchase at a cost of £14.99 and provides coverage for a total of 12 months from the purchase (activation) date.

   b. The Diamond Delivery Subscription fee is non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances from the point of purchase, with the exception of the 14 day cancellation period listed below (6.)

   c. The Diamond Delivery Subscription is a repeat subscription that will automatically renew after 12 months. Upon the renewal date, the Customer will be charged the cost of the subscription to be eligible to claim another 12 months of the Shipping Subscription service.

  d. Upon renewal, the customer has 14 days (6.) to claim a cancellation for a full refund.

2. Delivery Eligibility:

   a. Unlimited Standard Delivery applies to all orders over a value of £25.

   b. Next Working Day Delivery (excluding Saturday Delivery) applies to all orders over a value of £45.

   c. The offer is valid for UK addresses only and excludes Northern Ireland.

3. Subscription Activation:

   a. To subscribe to Diamond Delivery, you must be a registered London Lash customer.

   b. You must be logged into your London Lash customer account to use the Subscription. The same account must be used for each purchase to redeem your subscription.

4. Subscription Usage:

   a. Diamond Delivery is valid for 12 months from the day the customer signs up for the Subscription.

   b. The Diamond Delivery Subscription is locked to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland). The Customer cannot use Diamond Delivery in another country with this Subscription or transfer the Subscription to another London Lash domain/website.

5. Delivery Address:

   a. The Customer must enter the delivery address at checkout to see the free delivery options available with their Subscription.

6. Subscription Cancellation:

   a. The Customer has the right to cancel their Subscription for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if it has not been claimed on or used.

   b. To cancel the Subscription, you must notify London Lash in writing by emailing info@londonlashpro.com or contacting us via one of our Customer Service channels. Our dedicated team will confirm back in writing if you are eligible for the cancellation.

7. Late Delivery:

   a. London Lash will make all reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, we do not guarantee delivery times.

   b. The Subscription fee cannot be refunded or reimbursed if the delivery is late/damaged/lost. In these instances, the Customer must contact London Lash Customer Service to reach an appropriate resolution.

8. Modifications and Termination:

   a. London Lash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscription at any time without prior notice.

   b. In the event of Subscription termination, London Lash may, at its discretion, refund a prorated amount based on the remaining subscription period.

9. Privacy and Data Protection:

   a. London Lash will handle Customer's personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and London Lash’s privacy policy.

By purchasing the Diamond Delivery Subscription, Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
