Are you looking for a clear, complete protocol for Korean lash lift using the products you already have?

If you work with the InLei® Lash Filler 25.9 system, this guide is for you. But first, what exactly makes this technique different?

Korean lash lift is a technique that differs from classic lash lifting mainly in how the natural lashes are worked, softened, and positioned during the treatment.

The good news? You do not need to purchase a completely new product line to master this. We have tested the InLei® 25.9 system with the Korean method for over a year, achieving excellent results on all lash types.

Below is the definitive 10-step protocol to bridge the gap between classic Italian quality and the modern Korean aesthetic

      1. Prepare the Lashes

      • Cleanse: Use InLei® Saline Pre-Treatment to remove oils and impurities.

      • Isolate: Secure lower lashes with InLei® Black Pad.

      • Note: Use silicone pads rather than disposable ones to provide a better barrier against solution contact with the skin.

      2. Apply the Perming Solution

The Korean technique relies on how you "set" the lashes during the softening phase. Choose the method that best suits your client:

      • Method 1 (Standard): Apply InLei® Lash Form 1 directly, gently pressing the lashes onto the silicone pad. Make sure the product is applied evenly across the lash surface (maintain a 1mm gap from the skin).

(Processing: 10–20 minutes. (Lashes on a pad absorb slower than those under tension).

Make sure the lashes are positioned neatly and evenly before allowing the product to process.

Applying InLei Lash Form 1 perming solution using the Korean technique to soften the lash structure on silicone pads.

      3. Remove the Product from the Lash Tips

Within 5 minutes of application, remove the product from the lash tips using a clean brush. Gently wipe the entire tip area with a cleansing applicator moistened with InLei® Saline Pre-Treatment. This prevents "frizzing" or over-processing the finer, more porous ends of the lash .

      4. Check Lash Readiness

Unlike classic lifting with fixed timers, the Korean method requires active observation.

      • The Test: Using a microbrush to feel the lash structure.

      • The Goal: Lashes should be soft and flexible, yet retain their "backbone." They should not feel limp or over-processed.

      5. Prepare the Powder + Step 2 Mixture

Mix 30% InLei® S-Powder with 70% InLei® Lash Fix 2. Blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy. If it looks grainy, keep mixing; it must be fully homogenised before application.

      6. Positioning & Setting

Place the lash lift shield 1 mm distance from the roots. Using your prepared mixture, stretch and position the lashes onto the shield.

Stretching and positioning lashes onto a shield using InLei Helper and Lash Stopper to chemically lock in the new curl.

From this point onwards, follow the standard InLei® Lash Filler 25.9 protocol.

      7. Prepare the Tint

      • Mix InLei® tint with Developer Cream 1.5% 5 vol. in a 1:1 ratio

      • Apply from root to tip for 6–12 minutes.

      • Mix until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

      • Apply the tint from root to tip using a brush, such as InLei® Vincent.

      • Remove the tint gently with a clean brush.

      8. Apply Nourishment

Apply InLei® Lash Filler 3 using quick, gentle movements with a flat brush, such as InLei® Picasso. Leave it for a few minutes to allow the product to penetrate the lashes until fully absorbed.

      9. Perform the Final Cleanse

      • Fill the InLei® bowl with water.

      • Dispense a pea-sized amount of InLei® Mousse Magica professional shampoo into another bowl.

      • Wet the InLei® Fernando brush, then pick up a small amount of mousse.

      • Gently but thoroughly clean the lashes and eye area to remove any remaining product residue. Continue cleaning until the shield can be removed easily.

      • Rinse the area carefully with water.

      Important note:
To achieve the correct mousse consistency, shake the bottle well and turn it upside down while dispensing.

      10. Apply the Closing Product

The final steps of the InLei Korean Lamination protocol, including lash tinting, applying Lash Filler 3 nourishment, a professional cleanse with Mousse Magica, and the final application of Lash Molecular 4 for a healthy, lifted result.
