Once your initial payment is taken, your order is automatically created in our system and falls under our regular UK dispatch. You will be billed automatically via your original credit/debit card on your set schedule.
- Managing Your Plan: As the seasons change, your glue needs might change too! If you need to switch your glue type (e.g., changing to a faster glue for winter), simply email our Customer Relations Team at info@londonlashpro.com with your order number.
- Cancellations & Adjustments: You are always in control. You can cancel your subscription or change the delivery date by logging into your customer portal.
