I’m disappointed with the custom tweezers I received. I specifically requested the lettering in all capital letters, but this wasn’t what I received. The customisation is also barely visible, making the extra cost feel like a waste of money.

Having shopped with London Lash Pro a couple of times, this experience has put me off shopping with you again. I emailed to raise my concerns but received no response, yet I’ve now been asked to leave feedback. This leaves me feeling that you don’t value or care about your customers.

Untested for used in perfection , they come with Quality but the performance of professional use is disappointed ,
Nothing else to say I already used 18 companies and I can say just 3 of them are doing quality tested and perform of the items .

How to use

Disinfect or sterilise after each use.
Carefully use to isolate natural lashes close to the lash line.
Avoid putting pressure on the tips while isolating - the tip of the tweezer is sharp.
Store in London Lash Magnetic Tweezer Case, London Lash Tweezer Holder, or in the tweezer holder on Acrylic Organiser while not in use.
