Meet Irina Negrea, a trailblazer in the lash industry, whose expertise and passion have made her a sought-after international trainer and speaker. As the owner of Lash and Brow Professional Salon in Coventry, UK, and a London Lash Master Trainer trainer since 2020, Irina has shared her knowledge with over 1000 students from 29 countries in just the last 3 years.
"My top tip? Never rush! Take your time and make sure you are applying correctly and safe eyelash extensions. Once you master it you will be able to improve your speed. Clients will always appreciate if you are explaining that you take your time as much as needed so the final result will be long lasting and amazing look, rather than rushing but having problems with application and styling which will result in poor retention and poor overall look."
