Timing and purpose. Superbonder is applied at the end of the treatment to seal and flex the finished bonds. The Retention & Speed Booster is applied to the lash extension strip before and during application, to speed curing, stop adhesive travelling up the fibre, and keep fans from closing. Do I need primer if I already use Superbonder?

Yes, they solve different problems. Primer works before the adhesive, removing residual oils from the natural lash and optimising its pH so a bond can form at all. Superbonder works after, stabilising the bond that has formed. Primer must be completely dry before adhesive is applied; wet primer weakens the bond.

How do you remove Superbonder?

You do not remove Superbonder separately—it becomes part of the cured bond. When the set is taken off, a professional lash adhesive remover dissolves the adhesive and the sealed bond together. Cream Remover suits full-set removal; Gel Remover suits individual lashes and residue.

Why is my lash retention bad?
