Due to the hex-textured grip, we recommend that in the event that you get glue on the foot of your tweezers you:

• Immediately dip the tweezers into your Glue Remover for Tweezers
• Allow the tweezers to sit in the Glue Remover for Tweezers for a few minutes to soak
• Use the foam balls to thoroughly cleanse the tips of the tweezers
• Wipe tweezers dry with a tissue before returning to your Tweezer Case
• Repeat the process if glue is still present

If you leave the glue to dry on Fiber Tip Lash Tweezers, let them soak in the Glue Remover for tweezers for a while to soften the glue and make it easy to remove from the grooves in the hex-texture. If this is something that happens regularly, we recommend that you have a second pair of tweezers available so that you can let your tweezers soak between clients.

Accidental Damage Tweezer Policy Cover will cover your tweezers for one year from purchase date. The policyholder is entitled to unlimited replacements within this time period. In order to arrange a replacement the policyholder must contact our Customer Service Team to request a return and provide evidence of damage. Damaged tweezers must be returned to us at the customers cost. Replacement tweezers will only be issued once the return has been received. Standard delivery on replacement tweezers will be free of charge, or the policyholder can upgrade to DPD Next Day or DPD Saturday Delivery for £4.95. Replacement tweezers cannot be merged with other orders and cannot be exchanged for another pair. This policy applies to London Lash Volume Tweezers only. This policy is non refundable, but can be cancelled and refunded within a 14 day period of purchase, providing the tweezers are returned to London Lash Pro, unused and in their original packaging.
