Two things that we’re big fans of here at London Lash, are saving time, and looking after ourselves. This is why we write Blog Posts about how you can save time and still perfect your lash extensions sets. Another way we're here to help is with promoting the health and well-being of fellow Lash Artists out there. London Lash is happy to introduce our amazing range of drinking Tumblers for consistent hydration, while also making you look like a 'Lash Baddie' in the process.
Introducing the Lash Baddie' Tumbler, a stunning and stylish container which will keep all your delicious drinks cold for up to 6 hours. This double-walled tumbler has a capacity of 750ml which means no more excuses on skipping out when it comes to hydration. It's right at your fingertips, and you'll look pretty chic when you sip in between appointments.
This gorgeous and handy Glass Water Bottle is made out of glass, but it's not the only unique feature. With a capacity of 1.5L, the markings on the glass bottle will show you exactly how much of your water (or other soft drinks) you have left. Sip in between lash clients, it's exactly what it's meant for. And with its nifty little handle, you can carry this glass water bottle anywhere you go, from the lash studio to your home.
For those who need something a little more sleek and space-saving, make sure to grab our London Lash Water Flask. Make hydration effortless and fun with the insulated metal flask which will keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours. You'll be refreshed no matter when you need a little hydrating boost. The sleek finish is trendy, yet minimalist fitting for any Lash Artist in a salon or on the go.
By far, one of the most exciting collaborations, our very own London Lash Stanley cup in the form of the IceFlow™ Flip Straw Tumbler. A beautiful rose quartz colour to match any stylish lash salon aesthetic, the Stanley IceFlow™ Tumbler has a capacity of 890ml and a cute flip straw to help you sip when you need it during any lash extensions appointment. You can read a full overview of the London Lash X Stanley collaboration here.
Dehydration can cause a lack of energy, inattentiveness and irritability just to name a few - and none of which are desirable qualities in a Lash Tech. Staying hydrated really has an impact on so much, including your relationships with staff and clients, and the quality and detail of your work. So when it comes to staying hydrated as a Lash Tech and business owner, it’s kind of a big deal.
While we all know water is important, it can feel a little… boring sometimes, so here are a few ideas on how to stay hydrated whilst keeping it interesting! If you're short on time but you like your hydration to come with a side of sass, add some fruit to your water!
When you pour in your water, add some ice, and pop in some of your favourite fruits for extra flavour.
Some delicious fruit combinations include:
Or, if you've got some free time and you're feeling extra fruity, you can create some of your own tasty fruit juices instead.
To create this sweet strawberry concoction you'll need:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds, or until the strawberries are pureed. Then just add some ice and enjoy!
For the perfect safe for work take on a classic cocktail you'll need:
Add everything to your cup with ice and stir, letting the ice bruise the mint a little to release the flavour. A refreshing drink for warm summer afternoons.
Beat the heat this summer with a yummy work friendly cocktail:
Add all of the ingredients to your cup, a dash of ice and you'll be living your best Carrie Bradshaw life!
PRO TIP: These drinking containers are not suited for hot drinks. They keep drinks cold and ice frozen. As the containers are sealed tight, the air pressure from any hot liquids will cause the air to expand and seal the lids even tighter, making them extremely hard to open or, even cause injury from the straw. So please, if you must have your morning coffee, why not consider a nice 'cold brew latte' or 'iced coffee' instead?
